27. January, 2007Zhouzhuang![]() Close to Shanghai there are a few canal towns along spread out on the Yangtze river delta. My girlfriend and I went to have a look at the most famous one, which was indeed a nice experience. However we were happy to be there off season on a little gray day. I’m convinced there were as many tourist shops as there were tourists, meaning quite a lot after all. [L----] Cháng Jiāng Sānjiǎozhōu p.w. And despite some initial doubt it was actually more than enough. 爆炸 bàozhà* v. explode; blow up 火鸡[-雞] huǒjī* n. turkey M:ge/²zhī 尽管[儘-] jǐnguǎn* adv. ①always; all the time ②freely; unhesitatingly ◆conj. even though; despite Written by Shanghaiet @ 02:31. 0 comment(s) Previous Page Next Page |
