We decided to try out a very typical Japanese concept with an endless belt of temptation moving in front of our eyes. At the end we ended up paying according to the color codes of the empty plates we had accumulated. Fresh and delicious. 运输[運輸] ¹yùnshū* n./v. transport 概念 gàiniàn n. 〈phil.〉 concept; conception; notion; idea M:ge/¹zhǒng 没完没了[沒-沒-] méiwánméiliǎo f.e. be endless 引诱[-誘] yǐnyòu* v. lure; seduce 积累[積-] jīlěi* v. accumulate Written by Shanghaiet @ 04:43. 0 comment(s) Gelateria Italiano finally opensThe ice cream shop in Hankou lu that Diego works at finally opened. We were invited to have free samples of all flavors, and if everything goes well for the investors there’ll be numerous outlets opened in Shanghai by summer. Diego has been taught the craftsmanship of making fresh ice cream, and it was very good indeed! 样品[樣-] yàngpǐn n. ①sample (product); specimen ②prototype M:²jiàn 投资[-資] tóuzī* v.o. invest ◆n. investment 技艺[-藝] ¹jìyì* n. ①skill; artistry ②craft ③mechanical arts Written by Shanghaiet @ 04:29. 0 comment(s) Hairy crabsThis is a rare delicacy, a freshwater crab that only lives in parts eastern parts of china, and has its season autumn/early winter. In restaurants they may appear a little pricy, but cooked at home you get away with 17 RMB/15 NOK a piece. Nice! Armstrong, my roommate treated us with this great meal, in the occasion that he is about to move to New Zealand for one year, he will be missed. 螃蟹 pángxiè* n. crab M:²zhī 少有 shǎoyǒu s.v. rare; scarce Written by Shanghaiet @ 03:57. 0 comment(s) ZhouzhuangClose to Shanghai there are a few canal towns along spread out on the Yangtze river delta. My girlfriend and I went to have a look at the most famous one, which was indeed a nice experience. However we were happy to be there off season on a little gray day. I’m convinced there were as many tourist shops as there were tourists, meaning quite a lot after all. 周庄Zhouzhuang 长江三角洲[L----] Cháng Jiāng Sānjiǎozhōu p.w.
