27. January, 2007Hairy crabsThis is a rare delicacy, a freshwater crab that only lives in parts eastern parts of china, and has its season autumn/early winter. In restaurants they may appear a little pricy, but cooked at home you get away with 17 RMB/15 NOK a piece. Nice! Armstrong, my roommate treated us with this great meal, in the occasion that he is about to move to New Zealand for one year, he will be missed. 螃蟹 pángxiè* n. crab M:²zhī 少有 shǎoyǒu s.v. rare; scarce Written by Shanghaiet @ 03:57. 0 comment(s) |
