"Norwegian(?) hunters stew"

This dish is about the most genuine Norwegian dish I have made in china,
however there's certainly some local adaptions. Wild game (meat) is hard to
get by, so the hunt were mostly in the supermarket. Chicken hearts, donkey
meat, and stewing beef, mixed with some Norwegian powder, whiskey, goat
cheese, etc..

Denne jeger gryteretten er noe av det norskeste jeg har laget i Kina, litt
juks var det jo iom Toros grytepose, og jakten etter viltkjøtt var ikke lett
så det ble med kyllinghjerter, eselkjøtt, og bankekjøtt. En dash med
whiskey, geitost, sukkerfri yoghurt og mye annet bra. Resultatet ble meget
bra.
