Dark clouds over Kremlin

Kremlin is still used for government administration purposes, and although a
main tourist spot, there is no guarantee you may actually be able to enter.
Putin was on an official visit to the US, and due to potential tensions
(reflected by the weather turning nasty), the access to Kremlin was limited.
Individual tickets were not issued, but I managed to talk my way in by
adding me and my brother to enter with a German tourist group with
pre-arranged tickets.
