Spicy soup // salty vegetables

Most popular hot pots comes with a spicy and oily (red) soup, and a milder salty vegetable flavored one. Thin slices of meat are ready to eat after boiling just some seconds in the sauce, whereas vegetables may need some minutes. For 4 people we order maybe 15 generous portions of fresh dishes to add into the soup that are constantly boiling.

Sterkt krydret m/ mye olje, eller en mild, saltet del med grønnsaks krydderier. Tynne kjøttstykker er klare etter å ha kokt noen sekunder, mens grønnsaker kan trenge noen minutter. For 4 personer bestilles kanskje 15 generøse porsjoner av ferskt kjøtt / grønnsaker som man tilsetter gradvis (gassbluss under gryta).
