Mongolian Lamb Stew

This 1000 year old mongolian dish ”Tung Po Lamb” was found in the Norwegian recipe book “KK – small Chinese cook book”, for example including the ultra-Chinese “five spice mix”.

Mongolsk lammestuing, en rett med 1000-årig historie i følge KK’s ”liten kinesisk kokebok”, hvilket bl.a. inkluderer den erke kinesiske kryddermixen ”5 krydders-blanding”.
