11. January, 2010Pork rib rackAnd for dinner we had the number one classical dish for Christmas eve, the oved baked pork rack with crispy skin, with vegetables, and sauerkraut. Og på juleaften ble vi server ribbe. Nydelig tilbredt, og en sjeldent sprø og god svor, bare akevitten som manglet for jeg var sjåfør (dette er TA’s tallerken).
